David L. Frame, Principal
David Frame served as the Chief Operating Officer of Terrabrook, the nation’s largest developer of master planned communities from 1997 until the sale of the company in Novemeber 2003. Prior to joining Terrabrook, Mr. Frame was a senior executive with Arvida Company responsible for operations in Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa as well as oversight of the company’s acquisition activity in the United States and Latin America. From 1988 until 1991 David was a Partner with Trammell Crow Residential in South Florida. David proudly served as an Officer in the United States Navy attached to Fighter Squadron 142 aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Adam Lorry, Principal
Adam Lorry was the Director of Acquisitions and then Chief Operating Officer during his tenure at Terrabrook from June 1998 through December 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Lorry was manager of the southeast regional consulting practice for EY Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group (EYKL), an operating division of Ernst & Young, LLP. Adam is a graduate of the Krannet School of Business Management at Purdue University. He also received a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
Rick Garner, Vice President
With more than 20 years of real estate and land development experience in positions of increasing responsibility serving such well-respected firms as Newland Communities, Terrabrook Communities and Rhein Interests, Rick Garner offers Landeavor’s clients depth of knowledge in the areas of master-planned communities, zoning entitlements, project feasibility studies and inventory sales. Dedicated to operational excellence, Garner holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Michigan State and a North Carolina mortgage loan officer license. He is active in the North Carolina chapter of the Urban Land Institute and the Charlotte Homebuilders Association.
Jacqueline Hawkins, Director of Administration
After more than 10 years in a variety of Director of Operations roles, Jacqueline brought her corporate operational expertise to Landeavor in 2007. Her extensive experience with corporate policies and procedures, human resources, program management, financial accounting activities and logistical support functions provide Landeavor with exceptional bench-strength in her current role as Director of Administration. Jacqueline holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Florida and is active in several volunteer organizations supporting the homeless.
