Sedona Lakes Taps Lennar As Second New Builder
HOUSTON, TX (Sept. 21, 2015) – Sedona Lakes is again introducing a new builder to the Manvel community, Lennar. It is the development’s second new builder in less than 30 days.
Lennar will offer designs in its Vista collection in Sedona Lakes, where the builder has acquired 40 homesites. Pricing will be from the $290,000s.

Lennar’s Vista collection boasts features such as a stainless-steel kitchen appliance package that includes a side-by-side refrigerator, stained cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, 8-foot doors on the first floor and construction standards that meet Energy Star guidelines.
Last month, Sedona Lakes added Westin Homes to its roster of builders. Both Lennar and Westin Homes have new model homes under construction.
