Kelley Archer 2020 Named Marketing Director of the Year

HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. (September 23, 2020) – A leading residential developer in the Triangle region is proudly celebrating the recognition of one of their own. Kelley Archer, Marketing Manager for Landeavor (developer of 12 Oaks in Holly Springs), has been named the 2020 Marketing Director of the Year by the Home Builders Association of RaleighWake County. The recognition was officially announced this month during the 2020 MAME Awards.

Archer joined Landeavor in 2013 as marketing manager, overseeing multiple communities throughout the developer’s southeastern portfolio. 12 Oaks, Landeavor’s 800+ acre master-planned community in nearby Holly Springs, features new construction homes from a variety of reputable builders, 20+ miles of beautiful nature trails, and a challenging 7,000+ yard Nicklaus-designed golf course. Archer is credited with taking sales volume in 12 Oaks from 60 homes in 2018 to 170 homes in 2019, with overall revenue in the continually growing master-planned community exceeding
$80,000,000.

“I feel very honored to be recognized by my colleagues throughout the industry in this way,” says Kelley Archer. “12 Oaks is a prime example of the quality communities developed throughout our growing portfolio, and I look forward to seeing what great things are in store for Landeavor in the Triangle market moving forward.”

This represents only the latest in a list of accolades for Landeavor. The full-service real estate development company was also recognized as 2020 Developer of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte in August. Their Waxhaw, NC-based community MillBridge also brought home the awards for Best Sales Environment and Best
Community Signage for 2020, following their Community of the Year recognitions in 2017 and 2019. “Over the past seven years, Kelley has continued to add value and excellence to our communities and company culture,” says David Frame, principal and co-owner of Landeavor. “This well-deserved recognition reflects the effort and intentionality she brings to 12 Oaks and the Triangle real estate market on a daily basis.”
