Landeavor’s Master-Planned Community Wins Big at Charlotte MAME Awards

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (July 5, 2022) – MillBridge, a residential master-planned community located in Waxhaw, has been named the 2022 Community of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte. The trade organization also recognized Landeavor, developer of MillBridge, as this year’s Developer of the Year in the market. The recognitions were formally announced through the HBAGC’s annual Major Achievement in Market Excellence (MAME) Awards.

MillBridge and Landeavor have become very familiar names in Charlotte’s home builder industry and at the MAME Awards in recent years. Preceding this year’s selections, MillBridge was recognized as Community of the Year by the Association in 2017 and 2019, and Landeavor earned the Developer of the Year accolade in 2020. Due to its array of resort-like amenities including its pool pavilion, full coffee bar and movie theater, MillBridge was also presented the Community Amenity Package of the Year award in 2014 and 2016.

In 2022, over 200 candidates were judged by a panel of impartial, nonresident professionals for outstanding excellence in their respective fields.
